Home Visiting Program (HVP)
The Home Visiting Program partners with families to support healthy child development, school readiness, and family well-being.

Together we can:
- Increase parent knowledge of early childhood development and improve positive parenting practices
- Provide early detection of developmental delays and connection to services
- Improve parent, child and family health and well-being
- Increase children’s school readiness and success
- Improve family economic well-being
- Strengthen community capacity and connectedness
What we provide:
- 1 on 1 Personal Visits
- Monthly Group Connections
- Resource Network
- Child and Caregiver Screening
*Enrollment is free and voluntary. Must live within Lassen County and have a child between the ages of 0-5 *
