The following options are available for submitting applications to the Building Division:

Lassen County Building Division is now accepting building permit applications through our Online Portal, for Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Roofing permits. Online applications are processed after completeness is verified. When an application requires additional information or when the permit is ready for issuance, you will be notified by email. After department review and notification, you will have access to pay for your permit and receive a second email for electronic signatures on the permit. Once permit has been signed by all parties required you can then print the permit. Questions regarding the Online Portal may be emailed to: drodriguez@co.lassen.ca.us

Building permit applications (3730) may be submitted through email to landuse@co.lassen.ca.us Once received, the Building Division will contact the applicant and take credit card payment over the phone. If you know your permit number, you can pay for your permit HERE.
