The Housing Team serves as a liaison within the system of care, community-based organizations, providers and partner agencies to support placement of individuals and or families into safe, stable housing. We strive to provide housing navigation and rental assistance to individuals/households that are homeless or at risk of homelessness and are low income eligible.

Areas we can assist include, but are not limited to:

• Rapid rehousing (deposits and move-in expenses),
• Homeless prevention (rent to prevent an eviction) and,
• Rental assistance (up to one year, as long as you are in our housing program).

Please note we do have a wait list for our housing program and the need is based on criteria. Please contact our office for more information.
