On August 22, 2023, the Lassen County Board of Supervisors adopted Ordinance No. 2023-06. Said Ordinance will take affect on September 21, 2023 (30 days after adoption). The ordinance requires a condition of approval requiring entry into an indemnification agreement for discretionary projects. The agreement would be entered into after a project is approved.
